Cuts are driven by Montreal Forced Aligner (MFA) word boundaries (auto-installs on first run), not raw Whisper timestamps, then ground-truthed with isolated-window re-transcription before rendering. Use when the user provides a video and asks to cut it, tighten it, remove silences, strip ums, clean it up, or make it shorter without losing the good parts. Outputs a cleaned MP4; does not add zooms, captions, b-roll, or upload anywhere.
