Yes — every Righthand starts with a 7-day free trial, and we don't ask for a credit card up front. If you decide to keep them, add a payment method when the trial ends; if not, walk away and you'll never be charged.

No. You're billed per Righthand, not per teammate. If your whole team shares one Righthand, that's one subscription — pay for the work being done, not for who can talk to them.

Each plan includes a monthly amount of work your Righthand can do. Pro includes four times the capacity of Starter, and a usage meter in your dashboard shows where you stand at any time.

Only capacity. Every feature — proactive routines, text, email, calls, Slack, custom email domain, reminders — is included on both plans. Starter includes 1x usage capacity; Pro includes 4x for heavier workloads.

Your Righthand doesn't store information from your accounts. When it needs sensitive information, it retrieves it from your accounts. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models for other customers. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

In short, this depends on what you allow. Within the connected accounts page, you can configure what your Righthand can and cannot do — on an account-by-account basis.
