Pay for the work, not the seat.

A Righthand is a virtual employee that helps you get work done. They have a unique name, photo, email, phone number, and skills. They can do pretty much anything a remote human employee can do, and they learn on the job.

A work hour is how we measure your Righthand's effort. One work hour equals roughly 10 tasks — discrete actions like drafting an email, scheduling a meeting, or researching a topic — or about 1 hour of phone call time.

The cost per work hour varies by role because some roles require more processing per task than others. A Software Engineer Righthand uses more resources per task than an Executive Assistant.

Each Righthand has three commitment levels — Part-Time, Full-Time, and Over-Time — that determine intelligence quality, features, and usage.

Part-Time gives you ~10 work hours per week with base intelligence and Discord support. Full-Time gives you ~40 work hours per week with best intelligence, Slack, a custom email domain, and email support. Over-Time starts at the Full-Time base and adds pay-per-use billing for any work hours beyond 40 per week, with unlimited reminders and priority support.

Usage resets weekly on Sundays.

Your Righthand doesn't store information from your accounts. When it needs sensitive information, it retrieves it from your accounts. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models for other customers. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

In short, this depends on what you allow. Within the connected accounts page, you can configure what your Righthand can and cannot do — on an account-by-account basis.
