What is a Righthand?
A Righthand is a virtual employee that helps you get work done. They have a unique name, photo, email, phone number, and skills. They can do pretty much anything a remote human employee can do, and they learn on the job.
Is Righthand free?
Yes. Your first Righthand is free for as long as you like, and it starts with 14 days of Starter-level capacity. We never ask for a card up front; add one only when you want more Righthands or more capacity.
Do I pay per seat?
No. You're billed per Righthand, not per teammate. If your whole team shares one Righthand, that's one subscription — pay for the work being done, not for who can talk to them.

What happens to my data?
Your Righthand stores the context it needs to maintain memory and perform ongoing work. Stored customer data is encrypted at rest, and data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2 or higher. We don't sell your data or use customer inputs and outputs to train models. You can request deletion at any time.
Can my Righthand send emails or text people on my behalf from my accounts?
In short, this depends on what you allow. Within the connected accounts page, you can configure what your Righthand can and cannot do — on an account-by-account basis.
Can my Righthand make payments?
Yes. Righthands can now make payments through Stripe Link. We're shipping new capabilities constantly. Email hello@humans.righthand.ai if you have questions.

What if I don't like my Righthand's personality?
