What the Righthand does
The Righthand sends these questions by email. It sends the reply to the event coordinator.
The assistant must not treat different prize types as equivalent.
An illustrative result
The replacement is a service voucher that expires in three months. The original notice identified a physical item.
The coordinator gives a decision about whether to accept the voucher and correct the public description.
