The Righthand sends these questions by email. It sends the reply to the workshop producer.
The assistant must not extend permission to other audiences or periods.

The instructor permits participant access for thirty days but does not permit public distribution.
The producer gives a decision about how to give access to the restricted recording before sending the announcement.
