What the Righthand does
The Righthand sends these questions by email. It sends the reply to the operations owner.
The kitchen must give replies to dietary questions. Its ingredient information remains the source for the reply.
An illustrative result
The customer selects rice but wants two fewer meals. The original order quantity remains unchanged.
The owner gives a decision about how the quantity change affects the order before giving confirmation of the substitution.
