What the Righthand does
The Righthand sends these questions by email. It sends the reply to the auction coordinator.
The donor must give approval for transport. A bid does not establish cleared payment.
An illustrative result
The bidder can collect Saturday but wants delivery instead if payment includes transport. The donation terms exclude transport.
The coordinator gets the donor's decision before giving a delivery alternative.
