The Righthand sends these questions by email. It sends the reply to the office manager.
The assistant must not select a safe roadside pickup point from incomplete descriptions.
An illustrative result
The learner selects the west entrance, but the instructor's approved plan uses the east entrance.
The manager gets the instructor's decision before giving confirmation of the meeting point.
