# Get a voice actor pickup recording agreement

Example: An approved advertisement has a changed product name. The voice actor's original recording cannot match the revised script.

An assistant is an alternative when recording logistics and commercial terms have different decision owners.

A scheduled recording is sufficient when its scope and fee already have agreement.

## The work that the customer wants

An approved advertisement has a changed product name. The voice actor's original recording cannot match the revised script.

The producer supplies the approved replacement sentence and actor email. The producer gives approval for fees and usage rights.

## The request to the Righthand

> Send the actor the replacement sentence.
>
> Get availability for a pickup recording on Tuesday.
>
> Get the actor's quoted fee for that recording.
>
> Get approval before you accept the fee.
>
> Send the audio producer the result in this conversation.
>
> Use Pacific time for the deadline.

## What the Righthand does

The Righthand sends these questions by email. It sends the reply to the audio producer.

The assistant must not extend usage rights as part of a recording-time confirmation.

## An illustrative result

> The actor can record Tuesday and gives a pickup fee. The actor tells the producer that a different agreement is necessary for a new usage period.

The producer gives a decision about whether the existing usage period remains and gives approval for the recording fee separately.

## Access and permission
