# Get a pet grooming collection contact decision

## The work that the customer wants

A grooming customer wants a friend to collect a pet. The shop's appointment record names only the owner.

The manager supplies the owner's email and approved collection procedure. Staff give a decision about when the pet is ready.

## The request to the Righthand

## What the Righthand does

The assistant must not treat collection permission as a statement about animal care or readiness.
