# Get a martial arts seminar uniform requirement reply

## The work that the customer wants

A visiting instructor will teach a seminar. Participants have two uniform types, but the instructor's message names only one.

The coordinator supplies the uniform descriptions and instructor email. The instructor gives approval for the seminar requirements.

## The request to the Righthand

> Send the instructor the two supplied uniform descriptions.

> Get the permitted uniform types.

> Get the requirement for borrowed equipment.

> Send the answer before participant instructions go out.

> Send the seminar coordinator the result in this conversation.
>
> Use Pacific time for the deadline.

## What the Righthand does

The assistant must not give a decision about protective equipment suitability.

## An illustrative result

> The instructor permits both uniforms but tells the club to supply borrowed equipment for one exercise. The club must supply that equipment.

The coordinator gives confirmation of equipment availability before sending the final participant notice.

## Access and permission

3. Tell the teammate to reply with a different request.
