# Get permission for access to a choir rehearsal recording

## The work that the customer wants

An adult choir wants practice recordings. The accompanist agreed to live rehearsal work but gave no agreement for recording distribution.

The administrator supplies the proposed member-only use and accompanist email. The choir owner gives approval for distribution.

## The request to the Righthand

> Send the accompanist the proposed recording use.

> Get the time or content restriction.

> Send changed terms to the choir administrator.

> Send the choir administrator the result in this conversation.

> Use Pacific time for the deadline.

## What the Righthand does

The Righthand sends these questions by email. It sends the reply to the choir administrator.

The assistant must not extend recording permission beyond the stated content and period.

## An illustrative result

> The accompanist permits access until the concert but does not include a supplied solo section.

The administrator removes that section and gives a decision about the access arrangement before distribution.
