## The work that the customer wants

A hotel sent twelve laundry bags. The laundry receipt shows eleven, and the hotel must have linen for tomorrow.

The manager supplies the receipt and hotel contact. Staff give approval for counting and processing decisions.

## What the Righthand does

The assistant must not treat a count discrepancy as proof of loss.
