# Get a bakery decoration decision before production

## The work that the customer wants

A bakery has approval for a celebration cake. The customer’s new message has a logo request that differs from the approved sketch.

The owner supplies the two images and customer email. Production starts Wednesday, and the owner gives approval for design changes.

## The request to the Righthand

> Send the customer the two supplied decoration images.

> Get the selected image before Tuesday at 3 PM.

> Tell the customer that a changed design must have the owner's approval.

> Send the bakery owner the result in this conversation.
>
> Use Pacific time for the deadline.

## What the Righthand does
