# Get confirmation of a kayak rental return location

## The work that the customer wants

A rental customer wants to end a trip at a different landing point. The accepted booking gives the original location as the return destination.

The manager supplies approved landing points and customer email. Staff give a decision about transport and operating arrangements.

## What the Righthand does

## Access and permission
