A documentary team has consent for an interview. The participant now wants a different location with less noise.

The producer supplies the participant's address and two approved locations. The existing consent remains the team's source for permitted recording.

## What the Righthand does

The Righthand sends these questions by email. It sends the reply to the producer.

The assistant collects the location details. The producer gives approval for recording consent.

> The participant selects the library room for Friday. The participant also wants removal of one question from the interview.

The producer gives a decision about how the question affects the interview before giving confirmation of the final plan.
