An adult learner gives a shopping center as the pickup point. The instructor's note names a different entrance from the learner's message.

The manager supplies both entrance descriptions and the learner email. The instructor gives approval for the safe pickup arrangement.

## What the Righthand does

The Righthand sends these questions by email. It sends the reply to the office manager.

The assistant must not select a safe roadside pickup point from incomplete descriptions.

The manager gets the instructor's decision before giving confirmation of the meeting point.
